It’s here because this was my first published piece while at Crispin Porter + Bogusky and oh boy did I take that internship seriously. Strategist Jaime Webb had taught us greenies the importance of an insight and, in this program ad for a Truth gala, I was tickled to think about a bunch of ad men patting each other on the back for failing to sell a product.
B2B brand Oath wanted advertisers to know that it offered more than just an algorithm, rather personalized account service attuned to their brand’s goals & audience. So we crafted this campaign, AI needs EQ, for Oath’s presence at global digital marketing summit DMEXCO.

This mid-aughts campaign for a new vodka brand that was distilled with a molecule preventing hangovers was all about turning drinking upside down. Never ran, but still a fave. Maybe it’s the critters.
